Considering lazer hair removal

I'm beginning to seriously consider lazer hair removal. Does anyone here have any experience with it? I'd get a brazillian - shaving down there is SO TIME CONSUMING and labor intensive! I don't have time to shave down there as often as I want to, and the hair is a turn-off for both me and my husband. And the amount of ingrown hairs/little pimple-type things I get where my underwear touches because it gets irritated are the worst! And it gets so itchy! I just don't want to have to deal with this for the rest of my life! 😭
