Sexual Compatibility: Are you on the same page?

Question

With significant age gaps, we have more chances (theoretically) of not being compatible with our partner. For example, the younger person may be all ready for sex and the older one is ready for sleep. Does it even matter  or is it even an issue with age gap couples?

Mine is totally opposite. He's older and always saying "come on let's go" and I'm saying "but baby I'm tired" (of course we do it anyways because I'm not THAT tired hahaha). He even wants to go on dates more than I do. I just want a nap, a cogarette, and a donut. He wants to go to the movies or out to eat lol its weird!

Definitely on the same page - I'm 36 and my husband is 28. They say women peak sexually in their 30s while men hit their prime, drove-wise, much earlier - and I think my husband and I are on the exact same high point now, just at different times in our lives. I definitely never craved sex with the frequency or freely enjoyed it as much in my 20s as I do now. We literally can't get enough of each other... it helps that we're really in love and open/honest/respectful  communicators and both work hard to take care of our bodies and, well... He's pretty much my dream, physically. Like I *could not* have done better for myself. 😍

Added note: I've also dated older men, and E.D. is a real, loomingly common thing. No thanks - I'll take my husband's and my mutually beneficial reverse-age-gap any day!

I put most times because we have an almost 2 year old and she still nurses to sleep -_- It make things hard sometimes because never know when she'll need me but were on the same page so it works out.

He doesn't want sex as often as I do. He is 8 years older than me. However recently its been better and I think it's more of a him problem than an age problem.
