I went to the doctors  and he said  I have an anxiety  problem  I still  worry because  I haven't  gotten  my period   yet this  month  I'm not  pregnant  I have  no idea  what  to  do the doctor  will  only make  me take  a pregnancy  test and I'm not sexually active I'm worried

Why are you so worried? If your not trying to concieve and your dr isn't worried I wouldn't worry about it

Sometimes when your body is over stressed physically or mentally it can affect you cycle. I sometimes didn't have my period 3 months at a time. Just was busy and hectic. My body just took a break on my cycles.

Few years ago I was really stressed out about a guy I was with and didn't get my period for over 6 months.

You need to relax and calm down your anxiety and stress can be the cause of it being late a lot of women have an irregular period it's normal you will be ok maybe try seeing a doctor for your anxiety and that could help with stress and help your body calm down and function the way you would like it to good luck
