Af after miscarriage?

I had a mc dec.26 & bled until dec.30 i was told it would take 4-6 weeks for me to get af. SO and I have had sex occasionally not many times after mc. Based on my 28 day cycles af would have been due 1/22 i have had light cramps since 1/21 & the "wet feeling" as if af has arrived but every time i run to the bathroom there's a lot of creamy cm. Any of u ladies have had a mc and experienced something similar? Not sure what i should do, don't want to get my hopes up 😞😔😔
