Help.

If there are any nurses or anyone in the medical field plz post ur input or anyone. I didn't know until me and my SO had just finished the baby dance and he had the look of hurt on his face. I finally got him to tell me what is wrong, he said it like shooting needles when he cums. At first it was just when he peed but he thought whatever it was went away cause it didn't hurt anymore and then yesterday out of the blue it hurts again. What do you think it could be and what would you recommend him taking to try and get rid of it before going to the doctor.
