In the process of losing weight does your boobs shrink? I'm hoping so!!! I'm a 38DD😩!!! I want them off of me!!!😂😂

Typically yes. When I lost 60lb over an 8 month period by eating better and working out, I didn't notice at first but after all said and done I realized I dropped a full cup size (D to C). However, they were droopy, especially when bent over. I fixed some of this with toning but they'll never be the same lol I gained 10lb back since then and I feel like it's all in my boobs. When my mother lost a ton of weight (she wasn't big but lost weight because of ill health), she went from a full C to basically flat chested. But when she gained it all back and more due to medication, they ballooned and her skin is not in the best shape now.

Depends. Some girls get big boobs because of their body fat, others because they just have them, you know what I mean? Most girls that lift weight and work out on their breast and chest tend to "lose them" but you're really just converting your fat and making them less saggy which makes them look smaller. I have big boobs, but can't make them smaller even though I work out
