12 dpo nausea and vomiting but bfn this morning

I'm going crazy. My body feels so out of wack. I never just throw up for no reason but as soon as I finished eating this morning I ran to the bathroom to vomit.. I couldn't barely eat yesterday because everything smelled weird. I could swear I'm pregnant but I'm still getting bfn. Has this happened to anyone else? Were you pregnant or not? This nausea feels similar to when I was pregnant with my first but I had already gotten a bfp at that point.
