"new year, new me" ðŸ˜
this might be a really dumb question, but I'm new to this whole "healthy lifestyle" - I started meal prepping the first week of January. I cheated maybe 2 days.. and I started switching off w running a mile everyday and walking a mile everyday, I'm slowly starting to do at least 30 minutes of cardio at home but I die, so it's usually like 10 minutes lol, then tomorrow I start my B12 shots.. is this enough to lose a lil weight? please don't think I'm dumb 😂
