scared!!! need help and advice.

So I've been having pelvic pressure and pain when I have sex so yesterday I decided to take a look down at my vagina with a mirror I was standing up and put my leg over the toilet. Everything looks fine until I took a look at my vagina opening there was a ball like thing inside!! And I pushed to see what it was and when I pushed it was get bigger!! I'm so scared does anyone else have that? I got a Pap test done past week and the doctor didn't say anything. And I haven't looked down there in years so I don't know if that's been there and I'm just noticing or is it something I just got. I looked everything on google and nothing seems to come up!!
