Sick and Pregnant 😔😷

So I'm about 12 weeks pregnant and I just spent the whole night throwing up (A LOT!) and going to the bathroom.. should I go to the hospital or see how it plays out. I just feel bad for baby and don't know how safe it is to be throwing up so much and so hard
