Getting prego after lost tube and D&C?

Question

How long did you wait to get pregnant after  an ectopic pregnancy? I'm going for my checkup in 2 weeks and will make sure my hcg is down to 0 before we try again.

Will I ovulate every month since I only have my right Fallopian tube? Do I have a chance of getting prego every month?

I only have one ovarie and one tube and have conceived twice since,,,

I lost my right one as well and became pregnant about 3 months after my surgery. After my first baby as soon as I stopped nursing I had one period that following month and got pregnant again right away and am currently 31 weeks with baby #2.

My cousin also had this happen and became pregnant pretty quick afterwards and is also pregnant again just a year later with her second.

I lost an ovary/tube. My doc said it could take a bit longer to get pregnant. I lost my ovary due to tumor before TTC and I could tell after first loosing my remaining ovary started working overtime.

That being said I got pregnant the first month we tried. Had mmc/D&c, then a chemical pregnancy, then finally a successful pregnancy with our son.

How did you guys know it was ectopic ? Did you have signs and symptoms early ? How early was it diagnosed?
