My doctor is located in the hospital. They have all patients pre-register at their first or second appointment (usually around 12-15 weeks). It just makes it easier when you actually have to go and are in labour.

Never did. They did my paperwork during the 50 hours i was in labor. 😑

Never did It with my 1st child, when I was 37 wks my doctor ( from a clinic) gave my a bunch of paper with my info bla bla , she said to keep those papers with me & to give to nurse at the hospital, that what I did.

Haha, about 8 hours after I gave birth. I didn't know you should "pre register". I went into labor and got to the hospital and had her an hour later.

My hospital has a up schedule your appointment at 31 weeks

Doesn't matter when you do as long as you do it before you go into labor.
