At how many weeks did you or can you find out your baby's gender?

I have a referral for a 11-12 week scan but I want to leave it so I can find out the gender at the next ultrasound. My partner and I have decided maybe 13 weeks would be a good time but I feel like I can't wait any longer to see bub on the scan and make sure he/she is okay 💕
