My period is late and I feel violently ill. My stomach is bothering me and I feel like I'm about to throw up and I also have a splitting headache. I had the same symptoms around my last period and leading into when I went on vacation, but this time my period hasn't come. I'm definitely not pregnant because I'm a virgin, but I'm not sure what to do or what might be causing this.
