I just talked to my Grandma

I just talked to my grandma whose in the hospital.  She's in her 90s and I know she's lived a wonderful, long life.  It's just hard knowing that was probably the last time.  She sounded so tired.  It's been a little over a year since I saw her.  I know some don't get to say goodbye or may not have even met their grandparents.  I am lucky to have had the opportunity...I used to go out every summer to visit.  I'm extremely sad.
