Talking to husband tonight

First off no rude comments.

I am going to have a heart to heart with my husband tonight about how I can't handle the way he disrespects me, how he cheated on me, and the way he has been suspicious lately. He has made things up about me and said it to my friends husband and when I asked if he said it, he denied it and got defensive saying he didn't say it.

I need some help on how to bring it up to him and what to exactly say?

We have been to marriage counseling, and I want to go more, so when he is done with his army promotion schooling I will be setting up appointments for marriage counseling.

He is deploying soon and I want us to either figure out if we are staying together or if it would be better if we divorced. Thank you all!
