Different pregnancies?

I am 8+4 with my third pregnancy and finding this one soooo different! My first two were identical, morning sickness was the same for both and started at the same time and finished the same time. Had clear skin throughout both. This time I have absolutely no sickness whatsoever and my skin is covered in acne! It's so bad I feel gross!! 
Anyone else had very different pregnancies??

Well unfortunately the reason was I had a missed miscarriage at 7 weeks and just found out today at 9 weeks. Devastated.

Same here with my first two my pregnancies where identical they where super easy except I gained a ton of weight and acne but ate whatever I wanted n no morning sickness. I'm not pregnant with third and morning sickness was horrible glad I stopped vomiting at 14 weeks and now at 18 weeks I have random bouts of nausea and have come close to vomiting but havent. I also have food aversions that are so bad it's irritating n makes me sad. But I'm not gaining weight n acne isn't that bad. My first two where girls and this one is a boy!!

So different!! With my daughter I was sick so sick all day no matter what time of the day it was. This pregnancy I'm 5 almost 6 weeks pregnant and I feel perfectly fine it's so weird I have my first appointment on the 16th of this month I can't wait to make sure everything is okay but it's just so weird.

COMPLETELY different. With my son my pregnancy was a breeze after the first 12 weeks. This time around I'm pregnant with a girl and I'm always sick, nauseous, pain everywhere, can't sleep and my acne is so bad! Thankfully I only have 3 weeks left cause I'm over it lol

Yes! The pregnancy with my son was completely different vompared to the one now (daughter). Some things are better, some are worse 😅
