For those who did not opt for a D&C, how long until you bled naturally after you were told you had a missed miscarriage?

I miscarried at 7 weeks. Only bled for a week.  Conceived the following week after.

Missed miscarriage @ 8 weeks (baby stopped growing @ 6 weeks) doc told me I should start heavy bleeding & bad period like cramps in about a week to 10 days, when nothing had happened by 2 weeks I got acupuncture a couple of times to get things moving, I started bleeding @ about 3 weeks & bled for about a week & a half, I had issues w/ a piece of the sac getting caught in the opening of my cervix, & ended up spending several hours in the ER, they had to do a pelvic exam & pull it out, I healed fine though & am currently 35 weeks 3 days pregnant w/ my rainbow baby. I'm sorry for your loss hun, hope you can heal quickly & that happier times r in your future.

After my d&c, I didn't bleed at all until my period which 5 weeks later.

I had about a week of bleeding after missed miscarriage was finally diagnosed (diagnosed week 9), but I had spotting from like week 5 to 9. After I passed all the tissue, which I bled like crazy that night, it was just like a heavy period for the rest of the week.

You can get a pill for it. My sister in law had one and didn't miscarry on her own but she didn't want a d&c so she opted for the pills.

Stopped growing at 7 weeks. At 12 they induced miscarriage. I wanted a d and c but they said no. I misscarried for 12 weeks. If I ever have to go threw that agin if I'm still bleeding bad after 2 weeks I will get a d and c.
