Everytime my doctor appointment is the last appointment of the day, they don't take time to explain things to me because they are in a rush to get home. Understandable but damn it sucks! Anyway - I'm 38 weeks and found out today I'm 80% and 1 cm dilated. Does this mean baby girls coming soon? Isn't being 80% effaced a good thing? Once I reach 100% is when dilation will really start happening, right? Anyone wanna give me a crash course and synopsis of what my 80% and 1 CM mean? Thank you!
