I started this new job about 3 weeks ago. And I love it I get great hours , which is good because I need 600 hours to qualify for paid maternity leave . My managers are wonderful and really nice people . But I am so nervous to tell them I'm pregnant , I wanted to give it a little while so they know being pregnant will not affect my job , I work in a kids club at a gym so it it is not a stressful job to me at all , i know they won't treat me any different so I don't know why I'm so anxious to share the news with them. I am almost 20 weeks and starting to really show so I know I should prob mention it before it's extremely obvious lol I'm just really bad with bringing up conversations I'm very introverted . Any tips on how I should go about starting that conversation?
