Question for all Recent BFPers... HELP!

I'm 11 dpo and af type cramps went away last night but I am now having what feels like on and off ovary pain on the right side. Also noticed I'm feeling a little light headed. Anyone feel this before getting a BFP or is it wishful thinking?
