First post! So i just found out I have PCOS. My doctor told me I may not be ovulating so I've been testing, is this third one a good sign? Let me know what you think, Thank you in advance! Ps- this is only the 3 of many, I've taken about 15 so far.

I have PCOS and unfortunately these tests aren't always accurate. You can have an LH surge without releasing an egg, and people with PCOS often have higher levels of LH anyway. I use OPKs and they are all over the place. You could possibly be close to ovulating, but because of the PCOS you can't really be sure you've released an egg unless you have blood work or an ultrasound.

Bottom one looks close. But keep in mind you can have an LH surge (positive opk) and still not release an egg. The only way to confirm actual ovulation is by charting temps, progesterone blood work, or ultrasound of your ovaries. Good luck
