prenatal
So this is my first month ttc. I just got off birth control (I had been taking them for about 8 years) at the end of December. I was reading that taking prenatals while ttc can help with the process. I was looking for some recommendations of what to take. I've actually been taking rainbow light since I quit my bc. Does anyone have a prenatal they really like?
