Look I hate Donald Trump with a PASSION but at the end of the day, his right to Twitter is the same as my right is the same as your right is the same as anyone's right. It's social media and we all have the right to have an account that doesn't go against the guidelines. Sure he's a moron and it's especially noticeable on twitter, but you can't infringe on his first amendment rights.
