Blue vein on bridge of babies nose?

My son has a blueish/purple vein on the bridge of his nose.. he has always had it and he is 6 months old. Is this normal? Anyone else have this? Sometimes it's more visible than others.

My daughter has one and I've never noticed it until my mom pointed it out tonight! She said me and my brother both had one! Never even noticed or heard of it until then so it's so funny this was the first post I saw when I opened the app - LOL. But I reckon since me and my brother born had it and we're happy and healthy then it's fine!

Someone else asked about that. I think they called it a "sugar vein"; I do remember a commenter saying it gets lighter as they get older.

It could be a Mongolian spot. Most often they occur on the lower back but they can happen anywhere

My daughter has it too. Almost 7 years old now and it's still there, but not nearly as noticeable. You have to be looking for it to see it now.

There's a name for it but it's kind of like a birthmark! It's very common!
