How do you know when you have UTI?

Only the urge to pee.. But I'm getting this whiteness susbstance on my panty. I thought that would be one of the symptoms?

You pee very often, or it burns when you're peeing. I get UTI's every couple months. Try drinking cranberry juice, or you can buy cranberry pills at your local drug store. Make sure you drink tons of water!

Symptoms of a UTI are typically, frequent urination (especially constantly feeling like you have to pee, but hardly going at all when you try), burning/itching, cloudy urine, pink/bloody discharge, needle like pain in abdomen/vagina, pain during sex. Do you have any of these?
