fertile after miscarriage

Okay mommas, I was pregnant with identical twins and I was supposed to be 16 weeks on the 10th. That day was when I found out my babies had no heartbeats. That day they induced me, that night my water broke and on the 11th was when I delivered. They said they measured out to be 14 weeks so i must have miscarried at that time. I wasn't bleeding when I miscarried because my body didn't realize that I had miscarried yet. I started bleeding right after I gave birth so I am just wondering when my period will start back up and when I'll be fertile again. I want to try right away. Do I count my bleeding right now as my first period or what?
