Ovulation question

Hi ladies! Normally my cycles are pretty consistent...I usually get my positive ovulation test in cycle day 16,17 or 18.  However, this month I had an HSG (dye test) on cycle day 9 and then on CD10 and 11 I had positive ovulation test results. We had to hurry up and get busy as we weren't expecting to ovulate this early! Does anyone know if the test can affect your ovulation day? Also, since ovulation came early should my period come a proportional amount of days early? Thx! Baby dust to all ✨
