Nipple flow for BF babies and mommies who pump

I nurse my LO and while at work I pump and he is bottle fed. When I introduced the bottle we used premie nipples to control the flow, LO is now four months and is getting frustrated at the bottle should I move up to a 1 nipple size. I would appreciate any feedback or links to read
