Things NOT to do while pregnant?

Ladies, can you make a list of all things women should not be doing while pregnant?

*this isn't to hate on women, I just want a good list for when I'm pregnant just to clarify*

Do WHAT YOU WANT! 
I hate it when people try telling you what you can or can not do.. just obviously don't do drugs and alcohol lol

Don't drink tons of coffee (8oz is what I was told was ok) though decaf is fine 
Deli meat is a no unless you heat/grill it thoroughly 
NO KITTY LITTER BOXES! Have a partner do it or where gloves and try not to breathe  it in if you must change it

Do whatever you want to!! You're pregnant, not dying. You don't need to be in a bubble.

Don't drink tons of alcohol, don't smoke tons cigarettes, don't go skydiving.

Doctor will give you a list of safe meds, and all foods are fine as long as they are fully cooked. Warmed lunch meat is preferred but you will be fine if you sneak a piece of turkey while making someone a sandwich.

I was going kayaking into my 2nd trimester, at 36 I was at an outdoor concert with 40 thousand people, and 4 days before my due date I was rocking high heels at my husbands military ball.

Enjoy your pregnancy! Don't lock yourself away. It's not necessary at all

Skydiving and excessive booze. Otherwise your body makes things clear as you go along. You're pregnant, not disabled.

This advice based on currently being 7 months pregnant and not experiencing a huge change in the kinds of things I've been doing/eating.

If my grandmother and great grandmother etc etc didnt have a how to book, i feel i dont need one. enjoy pregnancy!! 😊 id say avoid the obvious like drinking and smoking and raw meat,milk etc. 😊
