I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and all of last night I was kept awake by a constant cramp in my lower abdomen, it was similar to a period cramp but it didn't get any lighter or go away. I tried walking around and showering but it's still hurting. My back was also cramping up. Does anyone know if this is normal? Any suggestions on what to do?
