I had a breast reduction in 2009, went from a HH to a DD.  They gave me a 50/50 to have feeling and a 50/50 to be able to breast feed.  I have feeling and it's been 7 1/2 years so I'm hoping I will be able to at least some... But my breasts have not changed at all.   I have had occasional discomfort in my left nip, but that is all.  The OB said that We won't know until after the baby is born.   Any other mothers go through this?  Is there anything I should do to prep?
