any one give birth squatting in a hospital??

I want to try different positions but I'm worried I'll be only allowed in the laying down position at the hospital, I just think it'll be really hard to push a baby out like that, what position did you give birth in???

I plan on using a squat bar, but we will see how it goes in the moment. 
Just remember: don't try anything in labor that you haven't practiced beforehand. Labor is not the time to experiement and try new things. If you want to squat while birthing, do squats now! If you want to use a birth ball, buy one and get used to it now. Plan on using breathing techniques? Start them now so they come naturally to you. 
Natural labor is something you DO, not something that happens to you. You wouldn't run a marathon without training and preparing your body. Child birth is the same way.

Take a hospital tour & learn your hospital's policies. Mine really encourages movement & giving birth however you want.

I attempted squatting but it didn't work for us. I tried kneeling like on all fours, squatting, laying on my back, eventually laying on my left side did it and he was out. 🙌🏻😂

I pushed her out squatting with the squat bar while standing on the bed. Only pushed 10 minutes and she was out. Had 2 micro fissures but no need for stitches or anything like that. I am not sure how I got in that position but it was what my body needed!

I lay down to give birth with all my 3 Hun :). Had no tears no grazes no stitches nothing all came out perfectly fine all natural no pain meds n I was induced with one of them too. U do whatever u feel is best for u :) xx
