Help!

So anytime I try to talk about this with people it's not taken seriously. I'm 21, very skinny and thin and would like to gain weight. I'm having a hard time doing so and was looking for any and all pointers! Cheap good food that'd help? I just want to look healthy! I want to feel beautiful myself! I'm not doing this for male attention or any other stupid reason. Strictly because I'm unhappy, very self concious and concerned for my health. I don't want to be underweight for my age or height. I'm 5'3 btw, and I weight 105. I'd love to be a healthy 130. Also things that help you stay motivated? For anyone else trying to gain or lose. Any vitamins, supplements, protein shakes or bars, etc. Anything would help, thanks!
