really ugly :(

hhi so i'm 14 and my calves look like this and they're so unattractive they're my biggest insecurity and i was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of them. to make them normal and pls don't give me any body positive advice be ik it's important but i'm just so frustrated i've tried everything!! i tried slimming my calves, building muscle, i just dk what to do. does anymore know how to fix them? 😞🙁
