worried about not getting pregnant with only 1 tube

I had an ectopic last month where they had to remove my left. My doctor never mentioned anything about my right all they said was it's normal. I know there's still a chance that you can get pregnant with only tube it's just I had chlamydia twice before which I know can cause scarring and I'm worried that it happened with my remaining tube. The outside of it looks great the inside they wouldn't know so I just don't know if there is still hope sadly 😔
