Burning sensation in right/left ovary repost..

Well I have a burning sensation in my
Right/left ovary that comes and goes,having pregnancy symptoms and got a few more days to test. This is the first time I ever had it and it isn't hurting me but its annoying lol did any of you have this? I read some women had it before they got a BFP
