Help?

Well I haven't started my period in two months since getting off of birth control. I've taken tests,all negative. But I had cramps yesterday, still nothing. For the past few days, I've had this uncomfortable feeling in the left side of my lower abdomen, and above my hip. It's like a constant little pain. Any advice?
