Is stuffy nose an early sign of pregnancy?

For the last week my nose has been so stuffy that it is impossible for me to actually rest good.. some morning I wake up to a dry throat..

I am having that issue right now. I never get stuffy noses very often. This time it's worse. I can't get comfortable and actually sleep without having to breath out of my mouth.

For my two pregnancies that has been my first telling sign. I get stuffy nose and I produce crazy amount of mucus. 😅

It was for me with my last two pregnancies. That's actually what made me test last time and was indeed preggo.
