Concerned

I'm on vacation here in Hawaii and while my husband and I were out today for a little while I gotten bit by mosquitoes, as I forgot to put on repellent. There's about 6 bites that I am seeing. Should I be worried? I really don't want this stress while being here but would appreciate some feedback. I'm 29 weeks pregnant
