Painful sex, don't know whats going on😭

So first time asking anything on here but I just need some help. I've been getting low pains/ cramps in my stomach and beginning of my v. I get these pains during and after sex and been having cramps and side pains any other time. At first I thought this was due to ovulation but now I'm not sure. I don't have any STDs but have had a history of cyst on my ovaries, I also had a miscarriage last April and possibly one in September. Not sure if this info can help someone give advice or what. I also don't start for another 10 days and cramps usually doesn't start this soon for me. Any advice will be appreciated it's getting to the point where I'm about to tell my boyfriend it hurts to bad. Please help
