When to change the nipples?

1. When do we buy new nipples?
2. When do we buy a bigger hole nipple for flow of milk?

We switched when we could tell our LO was trying harder to get the milk out faster. You will notice it. If they are wanting it faster or becoming impatient with the bottle, go up to the next flow speed. If they gag or act like it's too much, just switch it back. Just a learn as you go processs 😊

The info is on the package. Replace every 3 months, I believe, and they have age ranges on the different flows as a basic guideline.
