pins and needles after sex??

Okay so I'm not too sure why this happens but every time without fail when my boyfriend and I have sex or he does anything to me my mouth starts to feel numb, like pins and needles. Today though we had sex and towards the end I realised the numb feeling had spread to my whole face, arms and hands 😬 I couldn't move my fingers or change my facial expression at all, I could feel things but I couldn't even pick up the condom wrapper to throw it out
