TOOTH ABCESS AT 38 WEEKS! GO TO THER ER ?

I'm 21 when I was 15/16 I got a root canal done they put a filling in it , (I told them to take it out it was turning a grayish color ) it came out ! A few years ago tho , it never gave me any issues until yesterday ! There's a hugeeeee puss pocket it won't drain I'm in really bad pain I woke up with my whole top lip and nose really swollen ! I have pain all the way to my ear and up my nose to my forehead I'm getting headaches now . My jaw kinda hurts idk so much becuase everything feels weird and hurts , my question is.. tho it hurts realllllllly bad should I go to the ER , I have a feeling that if I go to the dentist they will turn me away becuase I'm due basically any day now . IT HURTS SO BAD oh its kinda bothering when I swallow like the side of my neck kinda hurts too now it's more annoying then pain .. why is this happening .. is it possible that they will admit me ? My closest ER isn't the hospital I'm supposed to deliver in
