Ugh. I can't tell if I peed my pants!

So this is embarrassing. Last night I was trying to naturally induce labor by bouncing/roll on an exercise ball and having sex. I have been having contractions for weeks now. Well while on the ball right before bed I felt wet down there, honestly I assumed I peed my pants a little...4 hours later and I wake up with a LOT of wetness. I can't tell if my water broke or I peed! I don't know what to do!!! Ahhh. I swear if I go to the hospital and it's pee.
