I only new to this, when the temp should start dropping? day before period or after you get your period?

Hi Alex, I've only been temping 1 and 1/2 months but my temp started to slowly drop 3 days before my period. Not by much, but that's what mine did...my next period is due Wednesday or Thursday so I'll let you know if it does the same thing this month!

The temperature drop could happen anytime - but most frequently it occurs in the window of 48 hours before AF to 48 hours after it already started.
