Low motility and morphology

Hi Ladies! I found out last week that my husband has low motility and morphology. This was quite a surprise since we are both in our late twenties and completely healthy. We've been ttc for about a year. He is seeing a fertility specialist next week, but I am very Unhopeful that there is much to be done besides expensive fertility treatments 😔 has anyone had any experience or luck with other treatments? And what has been your luck with IUI?
