Anxious!!

So my husband and I are trying to have a baby. My fertile window ends today and during this time frame we had sex like every day. I know you can't feel pregnancy symptoms right away, but I've been feeling really tired and light headed the last 2 days. How soon can one take the pregnancy test?  Is waiting for my missed period the best time?
