Please tell me someone else has had this happen to them. I had a miscarriage a week ago. The doctor said we could have sex but not to try and conceive for 3 months. He wants my body to heal because the pregnancy was really hard.

Well I'm having trouble relaxing and sex doesn't exactly feel good right now. It doesn't feel bad either. It's just like an out of body experience. And about 20 min into it, I completely freak out and start crying and shaking. Please say this gets better.
