pregnant? long post ahead 😅

I am 26 years old. I have what my doc says is the worst case of endometriosis he's ever seen. I've had 2 surgeries since 2010 to remove cysts and they had to take one of my ovaries. I'm not on the pill. I have had unprotected sex for nearly 2 years, and never got pregnant. My dr said my Fallopian tubes were completely covered/blocked with scar tissue. I am currently 10 days late and this has never happened before. I've had some light cramping, been very nauseous on and off for 2 weeks now. Low back ache and frequent headaches. No signs of my period coming at all. I am reaching out because I'm curious if anyone else has endometriosis and has gotten pregnant. I would love to be pregnant but I am too afraid to test because my chances of actually being pregnant are so slim. So I just wanted to reach out and hear anyone's thoughts :) thx for reading if you've made it to the end lol
